NAPM 2017 Annual Conference
NAPM's 2017 Annual Conference will be held at the Embassy Suites Orlando, FL, from February 14-16, 2017 (Golf Outing on Mon Feb 13, 2017, more details provided below and on the Registration Page.)
NAPM’s Annual Conference Committee (ACC) is working hard to finalize our 2017 conference theme and agenda details, but we can already say this will be one of our best events to date! We will be sharing our theme and more details around our agenda soon, so be sure to check back. As a “sneak peek”, we can tell you that this event will focus on taking things to the next step to grow your business, manage the changes to come, and help you take advantage of new opportunities!
As always, the NAPM Annual Conference also will feature presentations and discussions from the USPS' top decision makers and other key regulatory and oversight representatives, as well as our expert members who are leading NAPM’s working committee efforts, and our vendor members on key solutions they are developing to help your business with the challenges of today and tomorrow. Whether it's hearing from responsible leaders, postal/mailer education seminars, networking and idea exchange activities, or seeing the latest vendor offerings, the 2017 conference is a MUST ATTEND event for those who want to be prepared to learn more about growing their business and managing the changes to come in 2017!

Monday February 13, 2017 / Shotgun Start: 1:00pm – 4 person Scramble
This years' Annual Winter Conference Golf Outing will be held at:

o Shotgun start on Monday February 13th at 1:00 pm.
o This is a FUN event….non-golfers and golfers of all skill levels are welcome
o Four person scramble - as usual
o NEW for 2017-Lunch will not be provided as part of your registration fees
§ Based on your feedback from previous years- we have listened and made the change!
§ Food / beverages will be available in the Clubhouse before, during and after the event
· Please be at the course before 12:30pm to allow time for sign-in and pre-golf activities
Registration: NEW THIS YEAR!
· Payments for the golf outing will be made in advance only on the NAPM Website—more details to come
· All registrations should be paid in full by Jan. 6th, 2017
o Late registrations may not be available depending on the size of the group
o We will do everything we can to work with the course in this situation
Cost = $140.00 - Payable only on the NAPM Website
· Included are range balls / greens fees/cart, and prizes.
· This is a soft spike only facility
· Normal golf attire is required
Ping G Series rental clubs / shoes available:
· Club rentals are $45 plus sales tax (6.5%) -- total roughly $48
· Shoes – if you so choose are $20 plus sales tax (6.5%) -- total roughly $22
· Club / shoe rental fees are payable at the course on the day of the event—DO NOT PREPAY
· Renter assumes sole responsibility for lost/damaged goods
· Trophies will be awarded to:
o 1st and 2nd place foursomes
o Longest drive – men
o Longest drive - women
o Longest Putt – Combined M/W
o Closest to the pin – Combined M/W
· Raffle prizes eligibility for all golfers present - don’t worry, you will be able to fit them in your luggage!
