Whether it is Legislative actions impacting the mail, Industry trends affecting your business or Postal Service Pricing, Policy, or Mailing Requirement changes keeping up with the changes is no simple task. Just trying to stay on top of everything going on with the Postal Service can take hours of your valuable time each and every week. To help our members with this seemingly difficult task the NAPM provides you with easy access to critical and relevant information and educational features to help you keep you stay informed and ensure currency in your mailing operations. NAPM staff and other members are constantly looking at all the information produced and try to classify it into two basic areas; Informational and Educational.

The Informational area consists of Industry, Postal, and Member produced information in a variety of formats e.g. page of text, presentation slides, webinar recording or web link and streaming video that we believe valuable for our members to know. The educational area is designed to provide members with a host of media that are geared to training or education our members on how to perform some specific activities. For example, if the USPS puts out a presentation or a webinar providing instructions on how to Access their Business Customer Gateway and obtain a mailer identification number (MID) we will post the nedia or link that takes you directly to that.

The NAPM continues to provide our members with valuable tools and information to make your life easier and business better. In order to provide these service in a manner that is understandable and easy for you to access them we are in constant feedback on what you need our how you think it might be better provided. So please contact us with your recommendations and suggestions.
