Mobile Barcode Promotion Clarification

We would like to clarify a DMM Advisory message sent last week regarding the Mobile Barcode Promotion.

As correctly stated in the Mobile Barcode Promotion Federal Register final rule, commingled, co-mailed and combined mailings are allowed, but a separate postage statement is required for mailpieces with mobile barcodes.

A separate postage statement, however, is not required for each mail owner with mailpieces that are a part of commingled, co-mailed or combined mailing.
