The theme for our 2016 Annual Conference is "Mail in Evolution -- Practical Solutions for Electronic Verification."   The NAPM is working to help its members meet the challenges and prepare for the onset of changes in mail acceptance, electronic documentation submission, and automated verification and postage assessment.  Attend the NAPM annual conference to learn, discuss, and get practical solutions to:

  • Full Service -- Mailers Scorecard and Move Update Changes
  • eInduction -- How it works -- How to get started -- Advice from current users
  • Seamless Acceptance:  Automated Verification
  • and Postage Assessment (Automated Invoicing) for all the Above!

This is just a preliminary taste of what will be in store on the agenda for the 2016 Conference! This next conference we will focus on industry guidance and advice, with real-world practical experience and solutions to the challenges facing your business in the coming year.

As always, the NAPM Annual Conference also will feature presentations and discussions from top postal decision makers, including:

  • Jim Cochrane, USPS Acting Chief Marketing & Sales Officer (CMSO) and EVP
  • Pritha Mehra, USPS Vice President of Mail Entry and Payment Technology
  • Tony Hammond, Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) Vice Chair

Whether it's hearing from responsible leaders, postal/mailer education seminars, networking and idea exchange activities, or seeing the latest vendor offerings, the 2016 conference is a MUST ATTEND event for those who want to be prepred for mail in evolution!

NAPM plans to meet the challenge of making the 2016 conference even better than our 2015 conference, which got rave reviews from attendees.  You need to plan ahead, however, to get the best deal on registration and room rates for the 2016 conference!  Information on hotel registration and conference pricing can be found on the above "Online Registration" page.
