NAPM’s 2026 Annual Members Conference will be held Feb 17-19, 2026 at the Margaritaville - Orlando Resort

Conference Registration - $1,200 

Conference Registration Includes: Breakfast, Lunch, Break Snacks, All-Day Coffee/Drinks, Welcome Reception, and Table Topics Happy Hour!

Our 2025 Conference theme, "One Industry - One Vision: Delivering What's Next" will focus on the looking into the future. As the USPS continues to evolve its processing and transportation network; the entire mail supply chain will need to adapt and work together to be successful in serving customers. On top of the Postal Service changes, the Postal Regulatory Commission is reviewing the USPS rate system, which could have significant impact on USPS postage rates in the future - including workshare discounts. Sessions will focus on growth opportunities for our members, and our conference would not be complete without exhibits from our vendor member sponsors with the latest solutions.
